Systems Design
We often joke that we "draw pictures for a living" … but these are the pictures we talk about.
We map the whole ecosystem across its various dimensions (e.g. levers, actors, incentives, data flows, etc) so that our interventions fix causes, not symptoms. Visual blueprints reveal leverage points where small changes deliver outsized results.
